Terms of service

1. The deal

Ops HUD is a desktop operations dashboard distributed via ops.focushud.com. By using it you agree to these terms. We may update them; we'll surface material changes in the app and (if you've upgraded) by email.

2. Beta status

We're in private beta. The service may be unavailable, lose data, or change behavior without notice. Don't put data here you can't afford to lose. Use Settings → Your data to download a CSV backup periodically.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for the email address you sign in with — keep it secure.
• Don't share access. One sign-in per person.
• Don't try to break the service (rate limits, brute force, scraping). We'll suspend accounts that do.

4. Your data

You own your data. We host it. We don't read it for analytics or training. See the Privacy notice for details on what's collected and why.

5. Paid plans

Pro and Studio are billed monthly or annually via Stripe; a one-time Lifetime license is also offered while seats are available. Cancel a subscription any time from Settings → Plan & billing — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled case-by-case: email us and we'll do the right thing.

6. Termination

Delete your account any time from Settings → Danger zone. We'll soft-delete immediately and hard-delete after 30 days. If we suspend your account for cause (abuse, non-payment), we'll email a notice.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — your remedy is cancellation and a refund of any paid-and-unused subscription time.
